(More customer reviews)The toilet arrived with a broken vacuum breaker cover and without the shroud (cover) for the base. Amazon customer service tried to help and offered to send another unit but it would have arrived too late to help. Dometic customer service, however, is amazing, and we were able to get the missing/damaged parts shipped to us before our trip. So far, it works better than our Aqua Magic IV (which we were tired of fixing due to broken cable assemblies).
Beware of the seller's description of this item on Amazon, though, since this toilet is not the "with Spray" model.
