If you decide to go with an inflatable boat, this is a good choice and the price on Amazon is much better than buying from the company. My boat had a cracked transom and I had to return it which was expensive and difficult because of the size of the boat. I have to give credit to Amazon though for exchanging the boat without any questions.
I fish with my two young children and feel completely safe in this boat on small lakes and ponds. It has three air chambers and has never developed a leak.
The boat is quite heavy (over 100 lbs I think), so it is not easy to manage for one adult. I made a trailer from a utility trailer I purchased at a home improvement store. I U bolted PVC pipes across the top of the trailer and removed the tail gate. The trailer works great.
I am currently using a 36 pound thrust electric trolling motor. This moves the boat, but on windy days I get pushed around a lot. I hope to get a 10 HP outboard next year. Inflatables have high sides and catch a lot of wind.
The boat is very stable and there is no problem standing up and walking around in the boat, even with the three of us in it. We have room for our fishing gear, food, battery, anchor, and the forward zippered storage area holds lots of things like spare life vests, etc.
I added two rod holders to the back so that I can relax and troll but it would be fine for working a shoreline and casting to structure. Just be aware that it is hard to maneuver in wind.
I haven't taken it out in salt water and would not do so without a good outboard. The boat is probably safe in salt water but it's on the small side to be really comfortable. Then again, I'm used to a much bigger boat that I had in the past. I do think it is fine for taking into a bay where one doesn't have to deal with inlets that may get rough, or big seas.
The oars work well and it would be fine for small ponds without any power, just using the oars. They clip nicely to the side of the boat so they are out of the way.
I can't speak to durability as I've only had it about one year and don't use it a lot. I'm careful to keep it away from anything pointy that could put a hole in it. The manufacturer's videos show it being hit with a claw hammer without any damage, but I'm still careful when using a knife on the boat.
It tends to accumulate water under the floorboards, so after each trip I tip the trailer up to try to drain all the water through the scupper and then use a towel to absorb the rest. The water doesn't get in from everyday use, but from washing the boat.
All in all, I'm pleased with this boat and think it's a good bargain and a high quality inflatable. It would be comfortable with two adults or, as in my case, one adult and two children. Any more than that and I'd go with a bigger boat.

Whether you go boating on rivers, lakes, bays, or oceans, the Sea Eagle 10.6 Sport Runabout inflatable transom boat handles whatever nature throws your way. The Sport Runabout is distinguished by several major features: a tough plastic floorboard, a fiberglass-reinforced transom, and a Deep V inflatable keel. The plastic floorboard is crucial, as inflatable boats require strong, lightweight, and easy-to-assemble flooring materials for best results. Some materials, such as plywood or aluminum, offer one or two of these qualities respectively, but no material combines all three as well as plastic. The fiberglass-reinforced transom, meanwhile, is far superior to painted plywood transoms, as it keeps water from penetrating the surface over the long haul. A painted plywood transom, by contrast, will just rot away with frequent use. More importantly, the fiberglass reinforcement offers strength and durability that plywood just can't match--a crucial feature for carrying the weight and thrust of a heavy outboard motor over bouncing chop. Finally, the Deep V inflatable keel helps your Sport Runabout cut through light chop with ease.
Other details include rugged, secure aluminum seats mounted with a tongue-and-groove mounting system; rounded rear pontoons for fast planing; a reinforced 1,000-denier hull that's tough enough to resist the pounding of a claw hammer; a 5/8-inch grab line along the sides for safety; two stainless-steel D-rings for easy towing; a self-bailing drain valve; and capacity for a 15 horsepower engine weighing as much as 125 pounds.
The Sea Eagle 10.6, which holds up to five adults (up to 1,200 pounds maximum), measures 126 by 64 inches (W x L) and weighs 91 pounds by itself or 136 pounds with the rigid floor. It's also backed by a three-year warranty.
