(More customer reviews)We have only used the carrrier a few times, but it is made very well. The craddles for the bikes are cushioned, the velcro works great, and the swing arm works fine for 2 bikes.
My only con so far as compared to the similar Performance product I had owned is the lack of a way to secure the bikes from swaying. Unlike most other racks there is no where convenient to tie down the lower portion and they sway into each other and the vehicle.
