(More customer reviews)I have just finished this book on my Kindle and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The book is a little slow in the first chapter but hang on. The pace picks up quickly. An almost unbelievable family goes to Fallon, Nevada to claim a mine that they inherited and they run into an Aztec burial grounds and a gold mine. Of course there are thieves who want it enough to kill for it. Things get confusing as motives multiply to match the number of people who are trying to steal the mine. Things start off with a bang as a sniper starts shooting at the family shortly after they first arrive at the mine. The pace doesn't let up after that.
Imagine my surprise when I found that the people described in the Masters family actually exist. Most of them have the outdoors skills and fighting skills that they use so well in the book.
This is an enjoyable read and I am really looking forward to the next book.
