(More customer reviews)This is the first hitch rack I have owned so I can't really compare to anything else. However, this rack works very well. The bike is super stable, never comes into contact with the car, and I can get it on and off the rack in seconds. The only thing, if I need to lock the bike onto the rack, I have to pull out a locking cable. Otherwise, I love this rack. It fits my needs perfectly.
