(More customer reviews)I purchased this mat to protect the hardwood floors directly in front of the front door. Even though the mat is only 1/4" thick it is extremely durable and heavy enough so it will not slip or move around once you place it where you want it. It was very convenient that the mat can be ordered in different lengths. In addition, the mat can be custom cut to fit your space (see [...] for an instructional video on how to cut rubber). I would highly recommend this product.
