(More customer reviews)I put this on a 2010 focus sedan and it works great. It is a little difficult to put a small bike on but I think all racks are that way.Overall this thing is amazingly sturdy(much better than the price would suggest).
The only bad thing is tha a focus(or any small car)can only get a class 1 hitch, therefore having a 1 1/4" reciever versus the 2" recievers found on larger vehicles. this means that you will have to get a 2" to 1 1/4" adapter which is fine but it adds another 6" to the length of this making it stick way out. It has actually rubbed 2 different times coming out of parking lots with big/steep exits. No big deal though, just some scrates on the bottom of it. Overall, this is an excellent bike rack, and for the money it cannot be beat. Thank you Amazon for free shipping on such a heavy item.....said like 25 bucks on the UPS slip.
