Pros and Cons:
1. package was delivered damaged. package was left at my front door by Fed Ex [I did not sign for the item. Had I been home I would have rejected the delivery] and parts were falling out.
2. When I contacted the seller, T-Motorsports, [with photos] they would not authorize return as the problem was between me and Fed Ex. If I returned at my expense they said they would issue credit for the item. T-Motorsports asked me to open the package and inventory the parts. They said they would send the missing parts. They were very determined not to take the item back.
3. I opened the package and assembled the carrier.
Assemby was relatively simple, although the directions were difficult as they had been photocopied many times resulting in blurry images. I obtained the missing parts at my local hardware store to complete the assembly
4. note that the tools required were phillips head and small wrench, except for the 8 bolts that required an allen wrench.
product is pretty much as advertised, but customer support is lacking and I will not purchase from T-Motorsports again.
