The arm on the monitor is a bit short, but it is very sturdy and bendable for easy viewing. My husband walked behind the truck for almost 40 yards and we still had visual. I'm so happy to have this new tool!! I also love that it has a "rotate" feature on the monitor for viewing at 4 different directions.... a great feature for use inside the horse trailer.
