(More customer reviews)the description does not say that it is incomplete and that you need to purchase the cross bar separately. In fact, the description says it is ready to go. But when you get it, there is no cross bar and the picture on the box does not have the cross bar. would have been nice to know at time of purchase. Other than that, it works as advertised.
