We replaced our old Sealand Traveler with this one and noticed right away that the deeper bowl design allows for a better flush. The spray handle is also better built and has a better spray pattern. The pull up function on the foot pedal is easier than the old one, and installation was easy.
It took about 30 minutes to remove the old toilet and install this one. But... this flange only uses 2 bolts instead of 4 like the old one. So the flange in the floor must be rotated to fit the toilet base. Ours rotated easily, but if it did not, then this would be a tough install. This toilet base is also a little larger than the old one, and it sits a little farther from the wall, about 1". It was also noticeably lighter than the Sealand ceramic toilet it replaced. The water hook up was in about the exact same place as the old one, so no modifications at all were needed for this connection.
Toilet seat itself is plastic, while the rest of the toilet is ceramic. The plastic seat will be hard to clean because of reinforcement struts underneath. We will be replacing the seat soon for easier cleaning.
